This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, painting and signage of Phase 2. See Architect’s drawings for specific areas.

This project consists of a Base Bid and optional Bid Alternate (to be awarded at the discretion of the Owner). The Base Bid includes asphalt pavement milling, asphalt pavement crack seal, isolated full depth asphalt pavement removal, airfield asphalt paving, isolated airfield asphalt full depth pavement construction, airfield electrical (lighting and signage), minor grading and drainage improvements, erosion and sediment control, and airfield markings. The Bid Alternate includes marking removal, asphalt pavement crack seal, asphalt seal coat application, and airfield markings. Reference is directed to the plans and specifications for phasing details and airfield project requirements.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct the project consisting of the following: Approximately 1,877 linear feet of 12” gravity sewer, 3,185 linear feet of 8” gravity sewer, and associated appurtenances

Scope of work includes but is not limited to: prep, patch and paint interior walls and interior hollow metal doors and frames in the entire school. Existing room and wayfinding signage to be removed and new room and wayfinding signage to be installed. Existing base to be ripped off and replaced by CCSD flooring contractor.

This project covers the installation of a traffic signal and other improvements at the intersection of Forestville Road (SR-2049) & Coach Lantern Avenue.

Lincoln County is replacing an existing 12-inch PVC water main system with 11,010 LF of new 12-inch ductile iron water main, 1,458 LF of 6-inch water main and 529 LF of 2-inch PVC water main and appurtenances. The project is located along West Highway NC 150, Lincoln Co. between Hwy 27 and NC 150 with additional work on Timberhill Trail and Love Memorial Rd.

Installation of approximately 8,200 feet of new Force Main, base bid as 10 inch with an alternate as 12 inch. Includes one directional bore, approximately 700 feet under South Fork Catawba River.

Surface Treatment, Asphalt Overlay, Pavement Patch

The North Apron Landside Development project will include the construction of a new, linear parking lot parallel to the North Apron extending from Taxiway H. Services for this project include the earthwork, grading, utility installation, paving, drainage, landscaping and marking needed to install the new parking lot and grading changes.

The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide labor and materials to remove the existing air conditioning units serving the Airport Main Distribution Frame (MDF) room and install new owner-provided units (Liebert Model #VS077AUA1EIP3J0) in its place.
