The County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified firms to act as the Owner’s Project Manager, a trusted advisor, to act in concert and in coordination with other project professionals to represent the County’s interests throughout design, preconstruction, and potentially construction and close out of the Future Public Safety Campus. This role will support the County’s Project Manager to ensure that the project is delivered in alignment with program needs, budget, and schedule, while providing independent expertise to support informed decision-making. The County is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, professional service to the County.

The construction work will consist of the following approximate major quantities: 2,450 LF 5’ wide, 4” thick sidewalk and 360 LF 5’ wide, 6” thick sidewalk .

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct the Whaley Street Tank & St. Matthews Tank Improvements, consisting of the following tasks: Prep, Clean, Containment, Blast Interior and Exterior, Paint/Finish the Interior and Exterior Surfaces of the Tank (including concrete base), Painting Exposed Piping, and Miscellaneous Repairs/Tasks at the Whaley Street Tank (250,000 Gallons) and St. Matthews Tank (250,000 Gallons) as indicated or specified and as needed for a complete and proper installation.

The project generally includes site work consisting of erosion control and grubbing; construction of concrete pads for the generator, transformers, transfer switches, and battery cabinets; installation of a pre-purchased 1250kW generator with sub-base fuel tank, transformers, and automatic transfer switches; connection to existing 4160 Vac and 480 Vac services serving the pump station, aeration building, and dam equipment; and coordination with the Owner’s Integrator for required SCADA system modifications.

This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, renovation of staff and individual restrooms along with the 700 wing, 800 wing and 257/ 258A Group Restrooms.

The Project consists of constructing two new interconnections between the Town of Mocksville and Davie County water systems including vaults, piping, and all appurtenances. The estimate cost for construction is $373,000

Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Interior and exterior renovation of the Historic Rosenwald School Building to include reconfiguration of office space and restrooms, flooring and ceiling repair and replacement. All windows will be replaced, and a new entrance installed on the West end of the building. HVAC equipment, electrical wiring/ hardware, and plumbing will be reconfigured and replaced. There will be minor and major structural repairs required and masonry façade repairs in addition to various other renovations as outlined by the plans and specifications.

This construction package is one phase of a muti-year project to improve the Runway and Safety Areas of the Airport’s primary runway. The project includes grading, drainage, paving, lighting, grooving, marking and signage.

This project will include the renovation of the existing Federal Contract Airport Traffic Control Tower cab including demolition, plumbing, electrical, consoles and furnishings. Also included is new ATCT equipment and installation.

Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete roadway, drainage, and stormwater improvements in accordance with the 2024 NCDOT Standard Specifications, Roadway Standard Drawings, and project special provisions. Work includes grading, erosion control, vegetation establishment, installation of SCM cleanouts, check dams, impermeable liners, and drainage structures; concrete and asphalt paving; curb, gutter, and stamped concrete; and foundations for metal poles. All work shall meet City of High Point requirements, BABA provisions, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations, with final acceptance based on specified quality and performance standards.
