A new 3.7 acre waterpark as part of the new Southmont Community Park. The park contains several pools, slides, and a lazy river. This project also has five buildings within the waterpark itself.

A new 62000 SF pre-engineered metal building contained within the new Southmont Community Park in Lexington, NC. This building contains four indoor gyms, two indoor pools (competition and recreational), offices, meetings rooms, and other spaces.

Five new identical 1125 SF concession/restroom buildings located within the new Southmont Community Park in Lexington, NC. These six buildings are scattered within the park grounds, and these buildings are CMU structures with wooden roof systems.

Work of the Project generally includes: Removal and replacement of approximately 500-LF of existing 10” PVC force main, approximately 400-LF of existing 12” force main, three (3) air release valves and associated appurtenances.

This project includes site work preparation for future development. The scope of the project includes the following: Installation of Drainage, Embankment and site grading for future development, Associated Erosion and Sediment Control Measures.

The Town of Mocksville (Town) is hereby inviting qualified Consultants, with proven experience and expertise to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide professional engineering and related services in support of the Bear Creek Pump Station and Force Main Replacement project.

The County is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from interested and qualified firms to act as the Owner’s Project Manager, a trusted advisor, to act in concert and in coordination with other project professionals to represent the County’s interests throughout design, preconstruction, and potentially construction and close out of the Future Public Safety Campus. This role will support the County’s Project Manager to ensure that the project is delivered in alignment with program needs, budget, and schedule, while providing independent expertise to support informed decision-making. The County is seeking firms whose combination of experience and expertise will provide timely, professional service to the County.

The construction work will consist of the following approximate major quantities: 2,450 LF 5’ wide, 4” thick sidewalk and 360 LF 5’ wide, 6” thick sidewalk .

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct the Whaley Street Tank & St. Matthews Tank Improvements, consisting of the following tasks: Prep, Clean, Containment, Blast Interior and Exterior, Paint/Finish the Interior and Exterior Surfaces of the Tank (including concrete base), Painting Exposed Piping, and Miscellaneous Repairs/Tasks at the Whaley Street Tank (250,000 Gallons) and St. Matthews Tank (250,000 Gallons) as indicated or specified and as needed for a complete and proper installation.
