The Project consists of renovation of the pump station, including new pumps, valves, piping, wet well coating, electrical equipment, and site improvements. The estimated cost for construction is $800,000.

The work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the following as outlined in the specifications and contract documents: 1. Exterior pressure wash and cleaning and coating of the interior of the 3.0 MG Boiling Springs steel ground storage tank. 2. Cleaning and coating the exterior of the Boiling Springs – 3.0 MG Boiling Springs concrete ground storage tank and washout of the interior the tank. 3. Cleaning and coating the exterior and interior of the 0.3 MG Carlisle elevated water storage tank. 4. Exterior pressure wash and cleaning and coating spot repairs on the exterior of the bowl above the catwalk and interior washout of the 1.0 MG Firestone Elevated water tank. 5. Completion of miscellaneous repairs to three (3) elevated water storage tanks and two (2) ground storage tanks.

Scope of work includes but is not limited to interior painting of an existing three-story building. Prep, patch and paint interior walls, ceilings, soffits and trim to match existing paint color schemes. Remove and reinstall existing evacuation signs, remove all vinyl decal/letters from walls throughout the school and prep for new paint. Promethean boards will remain in place and to be covered with plastic; painter to cut in 6” behind perimeter of boards.

The Town desires to improve Bryan Road from Ackerman Road to approximately 250 feet South of Elk Stone Trail in Garner, NC. The purpose of this 0.1± mile project is to enhance mobility and connectivity for pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicular traffic while improving safety throughout this important corridor.

Mount Holly (The City) is seeking a firm to provide construction engineering inspection services related to the South Gateway Connector Road Phase 2 construction (Project). This project is from the terminus of newly constructed South Gateway Phase 1 project to Caldwell Drive in Mount Holly. Construction includes 305' of roadway (2 lane shoulder section), a 245' bridge, a 10' multi use path parallel to the proposed roadway, and 556' of 12" DIP waterline.

Purchase, construction, and installation of one (1) effluent disk filter, one (1) influent pump station pump hoist system, and one (1) effluent pump station pump hoist system.

The Project consists of constructing approximately 3,260 feet of 12-inch water line and all appurtenances. The estimated cost for construction is $977,000.

Construction, engineering, and inspection (CEI) services for EB-5950 (Kensington Drive Corridor Improvements). The project proposes to construct approximately 0.44 miles of Kensington Drive corridor improvements from NC-16 to Connells Point Avenue and implement grading, drainage, paving, and utility improvements throughout.

The project consists of a multi-level structure to support variable training exercises practiced by the fire department. The Work shall be completed in one phase.

The project includes the construction of the rehabilitation and replacement of sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure serving the South Village area of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte campus. Major elements of work include installation of new gravity sanitary sewer, replacement of manholes and drainage structures, cleaning and CCTV inspection of existing sewers, cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining, manhole rehabilitation, and associated surface and site restoration. The project also includes a bid alternate to replace the Scott Hall access drive.
