The Lincolnville Sewer Extension for the North Charleston Sewer District in the Town of Lincolnville will include installation of approximately 2,416 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer, thirteen (13) manholes, seven (7) service laterals, and appurtenances.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct the Lead Service Line Replacements, consisting of the following approximate quantities: Replacement of approximately 482 - 3/4" water service lines, 4 - 1” water service lines, 4 – 1.5” water service lines, 8 - 2” water service lines, and approximately 2 - 3” water service lines and all necessary appurtenances from the water main to the water meter and from the water meter to the building inlet.

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct the Lead Service Line Replacements, consisting of the following approximate quantities: Replacement of approximately 297 - 3/4" water service lines and approximately 3 - 2” water service lines and all necessary appurtenances from the water main to the water meter and from the water meter to the building inlet.

Long Creek WWTP internal plant sewer upgrades and replacement

The Project consists of constructing approximately 4,576 linear feet of 2-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch water mains, related appurtenances, and water service transfers.

Gaston County operates South Point Access, a recreational park on Lake Wyllie in Belmont that provides a variety of outdoor and water-based recreational amenities. Gaston County plans to design and build a new Police Boathouse Facility, to better support law enforcement operations on the water and ensure effective emergency response and recreational safety enforcement. The project will provide secure, reliable year-round storage and access for police boats, equipment, and marine response operations. The boathouse will be constructed along the shoreline and will require careful integration of marine engineering, building systems engineering and enclosed building design, including docks, boat lifts, and waterfront infrastructure. The site will need to be designed to prepare for the installation of an enclosed boathouse structure, boat lifts and related specialty equipment, roll-up and circulation paths, ventilation and MEP systems, and utilities. This project will be completed with local funds.

Project scope consists of renovating 1 existing Type B apartment unit into a Type A apartment unit within the Eastside Homes community, located at 333 N. Jones Avenue, Unit C in Rock Hill, SC. The apartment unit is one of four units within an existing building. The building is one of 16 in total that are in clusters around 4 existing parking lots. The project scope will be executed in one (1) phase. The work is to be coordinated with the Rock Hill Housing Authority during construction. The intent of the project is to renovate the interior unit within the Eastside Homes community into a Type A unit by providing minor wall relocations, new finishes, energy efficient appliances, plumbing fixtures & accessories, a new attic access door, a new interior door, a new exterior door, a new storm door, new vinyl windows, and painting as needed to accommodate the project needs. The project drawings and specifications define the project scope. The current project scope bidding at this time is the interior and exterior scope of work.

The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority is seeking competitive Proposals from qualified professionals to provide comprehensive Landscape Maintenance Services at the Charleston International Airport and associated locations in and around North Charleston, SC. This will be a three (3) year agreement with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals as determined by the Authority.

This Contract consists of asphalt related construction tasks that includes, but is not limited to, signage, striping, and paving; the primary focus of which is performing milling and resurfacing operations for the following Town-maintained streets: 1. Work under this contract consists of furnishing personnel, equipment, and materials for the City of High Point annual street resurfacing project. The location of the streets varies within the City of High Point. This project will consist of various pay items which includes traffic control, bituminous surface treatment, asphalt overlay, asphalt milling, asphalt patching, thermoplastic and painted pavement markings, concrete curb/gutter repairs, and adjustment of manholes and water valve boxes.
