Charleston Regional Aviation Authority will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor materials, and equipment and performing all work for the CHS Terminal Annex Roof Replacement at the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston, SC. Base Bid includes the complete removal down to the metal deck and replacement of Annex Roof Area A for approximately 832 squares using a mechanically fastened thermoplastic roof system. Also included are miscellaneous deck repairs, roof carpentry, insultation with taper, coverboard, sheet metal adhering to ES-1 and sealants. Alternate Number 1 work includes the same scope as Base Bid for Annex Roof Area C for approximately 17 squares. Alternate Number 2 work includes the complete removal down to the deck and replacement of Fuel Farm Roof Area for approximately 19 squares using a granular surfaced two-ply modified bitumen roof system. Also included are miscellaneous deck repairs, roof carpentry, insulation with taper, coverboard, sheet metal adhering to ES-1 and sealants. Rebuilding parapet top with rough carpentry.

Scope of Work: The project scope of work consists of installing sports lighting for soccer fields 2 & 3 on the UC Jesse Helms Park and their appurtenances. The work includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, and performing all operations, including trenching, backfilling, cutting, channeling, chasing and patching necessary for the installation of complete wiring systems in strict accordance with division 16 of these specifications, and the applicable drawings, instructions to bidders, general conditions, and division one, general requirements. The Work includes coordinating with Union County Facilities and Fleet Management for access, security, and shutdowns.

The Project consists of constructing approximately 5,050 feet of 20-inch raw water line, 80 feet of 12-inch raw water line, and all appurtenances. The estimated cost for construction is $2,500,000.

The work includes maintenance and waterproofing repairs to the precast parking garage, to be constructed under a Single Prime Contract. The extent of work is shown on the drawings and specified in the project manual.

Providing approx 11,500 LF of 6-inch DIP watermain and approx 62 service replacements.

The Town of Garner is soliciting Statement of Qualifications from professional architectural and civil firms to perform design and professional services for the redevelopment of the Town Public Works Facility Center.

The Project includes improvements to an approximately 361-acre parcel in Davidson County, North Carolina. The contract is for an early site work package for approximately 134 disturbed acres. Scope shall include but is not limited to site preparation for all fields, driveways, roads, parking areas, building pads, and outdoor water park. Sediment and erosion control measures, storm drainage infrastructure, sanitary sewer and water line installation shall be installed in accordance with the bid documents.

A new 6000 sf pre-engineered metal storage building with the new park that has a single office and restroom. This also involves exterior concrete, a graveled yard, and perimeter fencing.

Office suite renovation on First Floor and renovate existing break room to smaller break room and two single user toilet rooms.

Gaston County Courthouse 5th Floor Upfit consists of approximately 46,000 sf of first generation upfit space on the 5th Floor of the Gaston County Courthouse. Special Inspections and Materials Testing services are requested for the duration of the project.
