New PEMB and site work for Animal Shelter, Admin Office.

The work will consist of the construction of up to 6,200 linear feet of new 12-inch water main. Bidders for the project are asked to provide two (2) separate bids; one for the Base Bid and a second for the Alternative Bid 1. The length of pipe and proposed boundaries for each bid are detailed below, and specific bid quantities can be found in : * Base Bid – Consists of approximately 5,000 linear feet (LF) of new 12-inch water main along East Main Street to the west corner of Hays. St. located within the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) right-of-way. * Alternate Bid 1 – Consists of approximately 1,200 linear feet (LF) of new 12-inch water main along East Main Street from the west corner of Hays. St. to the west side of N. Adair St. located within the South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) right-of-way.

The Charleston County Aviation Authority is requesting competitive Proposals from well qualified individuals or firms to provide Solid Waste Removal Services at the Charleston International Airport in North Charleston SC and the Mount Pleasant Regional Airport in Mount Pleasant SC.

A Bid Form quantity error has necessitated a REBID for the construction of the Southeast Sewer Southeast Force Main & Gravity Sewer & Union New Hope Waterline (Contract 4). The Project consists of construction of approximately 5,300 linear feet of 18- inch force main, 15,400 linear feet of 16-inch waterline and 1,450 linear feet of 24-inch thru 30-inch gravity sewer, including sixteen jack-and-bored road crossings and an odor control station.

Installation of one manhole drainage structure, one headwall, and 20-linear feet of 60” reinforced concrete pipe. Site restoration of approximately 800-square yards, including grading, seeding, fencing, resetting landscape and hardscape features, installation of erosion control fabric and coir blankets.

The project consists of renovations to approx. 1,236 sf of the Relocation Gaston County IT Data Center and renovation of the existing Data Center, including demolition and renovation in the existing IT Data Center and the construction of the new Data Center in the adjacent room. Demolition includes, but is not limited to: demolition and patching to run the new HVAC lines from the basement to the roof, metal studs, gypsum board, concrete, access raised flooring, carpet tile, acoustical ceiling tile, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems & fixtures. Demolition of upper floors & rooftop includes, but is not limited to: wall, roof, acoustical ceiling tile, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems and structural system. The renovation work includes, but is not limited to: metal studs, gypsum board, raised access flooring, electrostatic dissipative flooring, resilient floor tile, carpet tile, acoustical ceiling tile, casework, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems & fixtures.

The work to be performed consists of furnishing all materials, tools and equipment and performing all labor necessary to construct a new 1,000,000 gallon Elevated Water Tank and the associated appurtenances as detailed on the drawings and in the specifications

Demolition of two-story brick residence and of one-story brick garage.

The Project includes the following Work: 1,500 LF of Street Improvements with one way traffic, Bike Path, and Pedestrian Path includes: · 1,910 tons pavement, 8,500 SF Brick Hardscape, Landscaping and Plantings. · 1,500 LF of Water Main, 1,200 LF of Sewer Main, and 1,385 LF Storm Piping · Street Lighting & Outlet Circuits · Major overhead to underground conversion for Dry Utilities including installation of Duct Banks for use by all Dry Utility Owners.

The project consists of constructing a public, natural surface, non-motorized, multi-use pathway that connects River Heights Development in Lowell, NC to Gaston County’s George Poston Park. The Project will be a partnership between Gaston County and the City of Lowell and will be financed with Carolina Thread Trail 2023 Trail Implementation Grants and local funds.
