This turnkey project is to replace the existing non-functional Liebert 5 Ton unit and air handler with one (1) 5-Ton Liebert PDX Air-Cooled Systems, Model PX018UA1AD. The new unit must be a Liebert unit so that it can communicate with the other Liebert unit that is in the same location. The existing Liebert air handler (AC 100) will be removed from the penthouse, and the Liebert condenser (CU 100) will be removed from ground level for equipment disposal. The existing refrigerant lines will be abandoned in place. The new air handler will be installed in the penthouse. The new condenser will be located outside of the penthouse onto an equipment pad. The Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, tools, crane, and machinery to install a new working unit.

The project consists of the construction of: Installation of approximately 36,100 linear feet of 24” diameter water lines from the intersection of DHEC Road and Grace Avenue to the intersection of Roselyn Avenue and Old Hickory Road. Installation of approximately 750 linear feet of 16” diameter water line along Old Hickory Road to connect the proposed water line to Industrial Park Road.

The project site is located on 2414 Murray Street, Edisto Beach, SC 29438. The scope of work for the project includes building a new Town Hall to include a 9,800 sf space, parking lot adjacent to existing Town Hall, Removal of existing buildings, concrete and asphalt, Lobby with vestibule, Chambers with custom Dais desk and seating, Broadcast Room, Mayor’s office, Town Admin Office, Municipal Clerk Office, EOC with training room, Building Code Admin office, additional office spaces, work rooms, conference rooms and storage closets. Work includes, but is not limited to sitework, demolition, concrete, CMU, structural steel, cold formed metal framing, drywall, carpentry, cabinets and countertops, roofing, doors and hardware, glazing, aluminum-framed entrances and storefronts, acoustical ceilings, wood ceilings, gypsum ceilings, tiling, flooring, painting, specialties, vehicle charging equipment, appliances, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work.

This contract consists of providing personnel, equipment and materials to install approximately 25,080 linear feet, various sizes of schedule 40 P.V.C duct bank pipe and various size vaults; and a variety of other items including but not limited to traffic control, sidewalk repairs, 725 tons of asphalt paving, thermoplastic and additional items associated with the contract plans and specifications.

Replace cooling tower, controls, and condenser water pumps at the Government Center. This replacement is to be done as scheduled maintenance. The intent of the project is to replace the existing equipment with equipment of similar size, weight, and electrical requirements.

This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to; Removal and replacement of HVAC equipment.

The City of Mount Holly, NC desires to improve recreational facilities and corridor mobility in the vicinity of River Street Park and Dutchmans Creek for the residents and visitors of the City.

Rehabilitation of approximately 3,425 linear feet of stormwater pipes with UV GRP CIPP Lining, cementitious coating and concrete repairs, drainage structure installation, concrete top installation, curb and gutter installation, traffic control.

The project involves the construction of approximately 900 linear feet (LF) of new public roadway connecting to YMCA Drive. The proposed roadway will consist of two 13-foot travel lanes and a 10-foot multi-use path to accommodate vehicular, pedestrian, and cyclist traffic. The scope includes associated storm drainage improvements to ensure proper water management, curb ramps for ADA compliance, and the installation of a guardrail where necessary for safety.

Pursuant to the statute, this form gathers information about the contractors seeking to qualify for the work and provides a general format for the prequalification criteria. Completing this questionnaire does not guarantee prequalification. Evaluation of the submittal shall be performed by the prequalification committee in accordance with 143-135.8 and the State of NC Prequalification Policy.
