The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct Division I & II – Bull Swamp Water System Improvements. The project must be closed out before June 1, 2026 to comply by the SCIIP grants requirements.

Furnishing all materials, equipment and labor to construct Division III - Bull Swamp Water System Improvements. The project must be closed out before June 1, 2026 to comply by the SCIIP grants requirements

The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals and performing all Work required to construct complete, in place, and ready to operate the following: 1. One (1) Gorman Rupp AMT, above-ground, factory-built self-priming sewage pumping station package system with two (2) 15hp Gorman Rupp V-series self-priming pumps (Owner Supplied). 2. One (1) Vogelsang XRipper XRC100-320QD, rail system, and controls. 3. Approximately 689 LF of 6-inch PVC force main sewer.

The construction work will consist of the following major quantities: 500,000 gallon elevated steel storage tank either multi-columned or spheroid styles

Montgomery County and the Montgomery County Airport is progressing with the design and construction of a proposed Perimeter Fence – Phase 2 project. The proposed fence is a needed airport development project for safety and security at the airport and ties to the previously constructed fence from Phase 1. Approximately 2,975 feet of fence will be installed on the south and west side of Runway 3-21.

This Scope of Work includes but is not limited to; Area 1 is to recoat the existing asphalt surfaces of the main building loop (Area 1) and address the circled paving area. After any corrections are addressed, the main drive is to be restriped as shown on the plan sheets. Area 2 is to recoat the existing asphalt surfaces of the side parking lot (Area 2) and address the circled paving areas at the two basins. After any corrections are addressed, the side parking lot and drive is to be restriped as shown on the plan sheets.

The Work includes coordinating with the Union County Facilities Department for access, delivery, and installation.

This Scope of Work includes but is not limited to; Area 1 replace all ceiling tile in the noted Area 1 buildings. Area 2 replace all ceiling tile in the noted Area 2 buildings. Area 3 replace all ceiling tile in the noted Area 3 buildings. Coordinate removal as needed with camera relocations, fire alarm, speakers, separate sound systems, BDA devices, exit lights, light fixture supports, ceiling supports, HVAC drain lines at ceiling level, HVAC grilles, Wi-Fi devices and miscellaneous jacks. Repair grid tees and runners as needed along with sagging ceiling wires.

The work will consist of improvements to the existing filters at the 3.87 MGD water treatment plant

The work will consist of construction of a new bulk chemical storage system, chemical building with feed equipment, and residuals lagoon dredging and effluent control structure improvements.
