High Point, NC - Ward WTP Chemical Feed Line Replacement Project-Public Services - Bid 1115-060424

The work includes the demolition and replacement of the 13 CPVC lines that run along the chemical containment wall and the side of the building at the Ward Water Treatment Plan (see drawing). The new lines will be connected by a CPVC true union ball valve at each location where the existing pipe protrudes through the wall. The new lines will be hung on new uni-strut with pipe clamps. The pipe, uni-strut, pipe clamps, and pipe insulation will be installed per the specifications. In order to limit disruption to the water plant, each line must be demolished and replaced one at a time
