A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Town of Indian Trail Town Hall located at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079. Attendance at this meeting is required in order to bid on this project. The meeting will begin promptly.

Sealed Bids must be received by the Town’s Engineering Department at 315 Matthews-Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, NC 28079, where the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Civic Chamber. The Project Manual, in its entirety, shall be submitted for bid consideration.

Bidders must be properly licensed under North Carolina state law to perform the work. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in the amount not less than 5% of the total amount of the Bid.

The Town of Indian Trail reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
