Johns Island, SC - St. Johns HS Doors and Hardware Replacement

Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Scope includes demolition and replacement of existing exterior exit doors & hardware. Replace all classroom hardware with storefront locksets. Additional access control will be required to be integrated into the exterior doors. Comply with the required storefront and FRP exterior door requirements of the latest Design Requirements. Particular attention should be paid to the condition of fire rated doors and repaired/replaced as necessary.
