Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum with unit prices basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Project has an expected duration of One Hundred Eighty (180) days.
There will be no Mandatory Pre-Bid
