Lincolnville, SC - Town of Lincolnville Rosenwald School Renovation

Scope of work includes but is not limited to: Interior and exterior renovation of the Historic Rosenwald School Building to include reconfiguration of office space and restrooms, flooring and ceiling repair and replacement. All windows will be replaced, and a new entrance installed on the West end of the building. HVAC equipment, electrical wiring/ hardware, and plumbing will be reconfigured and replaced. There will be minor and major structural repairs required and masonry façade repairs in addition to various other renovations as outlined by the plans and specifications.
