Project Description: The Project includes the construction of buildings and associated site work for a new Parks Maintenance Complex at the corner of Melton Road and River Road. The new buildings include a 15,778 s.f. Administrative Building, a 7,681 s.f. Vehicle Shed, a 1,535 s.f. Potting Shed, a 960 s.f. Cold Frame and coordination of the construction of a 2,860 s.f. Greenhouse (all s.f. areas are approximate).
