Gatesville, NC - Merchants Millpond Campground Improvements

The Project consists of the demolition of the existing shower house and construction of a new shower house, redevelopment of the 20 existing campsites, installation of a new force main connection to the Gates County Waste Water System, widening & resurfacing of the campground access road, and additional ancillary items. The campsite replacements will consist of 9 full hook-up RV Sites, 3 Cabin Sites, and 8 Tent & Trailer Sites.
