A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference has been scheduled for November 7, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. Bidders may choose to attend in person at Charleston International Airport or by contacting Carrie Stanley at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com for teleconference instructions. Offerors are asked to limit attendance to no more than two (2) in-person representatives for those choosing to attend in person. All applicable health and safety standards will be followed for in-person attendees.
