A 5% deposit (Bid bond) must accompany bids. Bid bonds shall be enclosed in a separate envelope and attached to the outside of the sealed bid package.

The Town complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and will provide contract materials in alternate format upon 72-hours written request. Reasonable accommodations and auxiliary aids will also be provided upon 72-hours written request. Applicable bid forms and specifications may be picked up at Marshville Town Hall. The Contract Documents will be on file at the Town of Marshville at 118 East Union Street,

It is the responsibility of each Bidder, before submitting a Bid, to (a) examine the Contract Documents thoroughly; (b) visit the site to become familiar with local conditions that may in any manner affect cost, progress, performance or furnishing of the work; (c) consider federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations that may in any manner affect cost, progress, performance or furnishing of the work; (d) study and carefully correlate Bidder's observations with the Contract Documents; and (e) notify the Town or its representative of all conflicts, errors, or discrepancies in the Contract Documents.
