The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct Division I – North Road New 16” Suction Line & Division II – North Road Booser Pump Station Upgrade, consisting of the following approximate quantities: * Division I: 6,298 LF of 16” DIP Water Main, 993 LF of 16” RJ DIP Water Main, 407 LF of 16” RJ DIP Water Main with Viton Gaskets, 450 LF of 20” HDPE Water Main installed by Horizontal Directional Drill, Valves, Fittings, and Appurtenances. * Division II: Installation of two new 1,000 GPM Vertical Turbine Pumps, removal of two existing Vertical Turbine Pumps, Demolition, Site Work, Meter Vault, PRV Vault, Electrical, Generator, Yard Piping, Valves, and Appurtenances.

Bidders must deposit security with all bids. Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bid bond made payable to the Owner in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Provisions of the security shall be as described in the Information for Bidders. A one hundred percent (100%) payment bond and performance bond will be required.
Contractor must provide fire, extended coverage, vandalism, and malicious mischief insurance equal to the actual value of the insured property during construction.
