Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum or unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Instructions to Bidders – For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.

Bids may be held by the Town of Mooresville for a period not to exceed ninety one (91) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating qualifications of bidders. The Town also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
