A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 900 AM, April 2, 2025 at 1100 Old English Ct., Raleigh NC 27615 for the first meeting then to 607 Royal Street, Raleigh NC 27604. Questions regarding the bid to be considered for any addenda must be received by April 4, 2025 at 1200 PM. Addenda will be issued by April 11, 2025 close of business.
All Bid packages will be Mail in Bid packages and will be accepted until close of business April 23, 2025 and held until the non-public internal bid opening on April 24, 2025.
