Laurel Manor – The current pipes joints are poorly aligned and pose a threat of creating sink holes. This project will replace approximately 50 linear feet of existing pipes, 15” and 18” RCP, in the same alignment and provide proper pipe bedding and compaction to avoid joint separation.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 900 AM, March 20, 2025 at 3920 LAUREL MANOR CT. RALEIGH NC 27612-4280. Questions for the project may be submitted via email and received by March 28, 2025 and any addendum will be issued by April 4, 2025 to all plan holders.
Mail in Bid packages will be accepted until close of business April 9, 2025 and held until the public bid opening on April 10, 2025.
