The first pre-bid conference will be a non-mandatory, virtual only, meeting on Microsoft Teams at 10:00 AM local time on March 4, 2025. The meeting can be accessed by calling +1 (913) 278-0791 (Phone Conference ID 886 177 55#) or by visiting the following link.
The second pre-bid conference will be a non-mandatory, in-person only, site visit at the project site (2014 Charlotte Hwy, Mooresville, NC 28117) at 10:00 AM local time on March 12, 2025. There will be no virtual attendance option for the site visit.
Attendance at both pre-bid conferences is encouraged but not required.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
Instructions to Bidders – For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
ADA Compliance – A qualified interpreter for the hearing impaired is available upon request at least 10 (ten) days in advance of the bid opening date. Please call the Public Services Department at (704) 663- 7282 for more information.
Bids may be held by the Town of Mooresville for a period not to exceed ninety one (91) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing bids and investigating qualifications of bidders. The Town also reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities or technicalities as it may deem to be in its best interest.
