Henderson, NC - Kerr Lake State Recreation Area Water Improvements
The Project consists of the installation of approximately 5,100 linear feet of 8-inch waterline, 3,400 linear feet of 6-inch waterline, 3,900 linear feet of 4-inch waterline, connections to the existing park potable water distribution system, and the disconnection of two (2) existing wells including all valving, hydrants, meters, and backflow prevention devices, plus all other work indicated in the contract documents.

Contractors interested in bidding as prime bidders are required to attend the mandatory pre-bid and preferred brand alternatives meeting, which will be held on October 10, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Kerr Lake State Recreation Area Visitors Center (6254 Satterwhite Rd. Henderson, NC 27537). In accordance with GS 133-3 and SCO procedures, this meeting will identify preferred brand items, of which there are none and those considered as alternates by the owner for this project. NCDNCR reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
