Mount Holly, NC - RFQ - Wastewater Treatment Plant Decommissioning Professional Engineering Services

The City of Mount Holly Utilities Department is seeking a qualified engineering firm to complete plans and bidding specifications and documents for the decommissioning of the existing Mount Holly Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 201 Broome Street. The overall intent is that the site is to be redeveloped but the exact scope of the redevelopment has yet to be determined. A general option being considered is for riverfront mixed use development.
