The project is to consist of the renovation of the existing 2,904 square foot former Union County Public Library building. The existing exterior wall will be modified for a new exterior door. New interior construction will include metal stud walls, new lay-in and gypsum board ceilings; The interior floor slab will be modified new floor boxes and to accommodate the steel structure for a new accordion partition and paired panel partition. New plumbing and lighting fixtures throughout. The project also includes a new exterior handicap ramp, sidewalks and parking lot modifications.
